Today we’re excited to be sitting down with KJ Kindler, the head coach of the 6-time NCAA Champion Oklahoma Sooners. Despite last season not ending how the Sooners wanted it to, the 2024 season was one for the history books. Oklahoma was the #1 team all season long and won its 14th and final Big 12 Championship with not only a program record score, but an NCAA team record of 198.950. KJ joins us to talk about how the team handled the heartbreak of not advancing to the NCAA finals last year, the team not being afraid to set big goals that might seem impossible, she also introduces her stellar freshmen class and gives a few updates on athlete injuries and who to watch this season.
