Being heard and understood is a foundational part of being human. However, oftentimes the way we communicate is vastly different from those people in our families and workplace. These differences in communication cause awkward tense situations and hurt feelings when those barriers fly up and our ability to communicate effectively shuts down. In this episode of "All the Things with Kristen Schindler," we will analyze the four different communication styles of Analytical, Driver, Amiable, and Expressive. We will discuss both the positives aspects and pitfalls of these types of communication styles and how they can help us and how we can use those differences to effectively communicate with those we come in contact with each day.
