Japan Air flight 65 is instructed to hold its position, but enters the runway without permission.

At this point, you will hear a panicked call from the controller.

An incoming Delta flight is asked to go around to avoid the Japan air aircraft.

After re-directing the pilot out of harm's way, the Japan air pilot is then instructed by controllers to contact the tower to discuss the near disaster.

This situation shows how important proper communication is to maintain the safety of all involved.
