Today’s episode is an update on the last couple of weeks as I’m starting to recover from Covid, and more info on the gifts and awarenesses uncovered on the journey. Had a big aha moment today, realizing that I have trained for this viral madness my whole life, as a chronically ill/autoimmune person.
