As Talent Management professionals, Betsy Jackman and Tahsin Alam are on the front lines of recruiting, developing, and retaining advancement professionals at the University of Michigan and the Rutgers Foundation respectively. In this podcast we discuss creating the development personnel pipeline, career development, and diversity & inclusion. Both schools have large advancement shops, however the insights they share in this episode are applicable to Advancement and Talent Management professional regardless of institution or non-profit size.
