Teaming up with Robert Zemeckis for the first time, we discuss how the film was such an unstoppable juggernaut that it netted Tom Hanks his second Best Actor win at the Oscars in consecutive years. We also get into some of the questionable decisions that have led to the film not aging well, what about the film still does work, and whether or not it’s actually four hours long or just feels like it.
