Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in the hiring process to streamline and optimize candidate selection. You have tools for resume screening software, which can quickly sort through thousands of resumes and identify the most qualified candidates based on specific job requirements. Another tool is a virtual interview platform which uses machine learning algorithms to analyze facial expressions and voice patterns to evaluate a candidate's communication skills and cultural fit.
Is it the future? Or do we loose human touch and go back in time?
Regardless of the opinions, these tools can save recruiters and hiring managers loads of time and resources, and also help to reduce bias in the hiring process.
For this Talking Talent we brought experienced professionals to talk about how they implement AI in their hiring process, positive and negative points on implementing it, which tools they use, challenges and how it impacts their candidate experience and employer branding.
