Rosalyn W. Berne is the author of When The Horses Whisper and also my guest on today's "A Book and a Chat". osalyn Berne has always known that she was different from most people. Even as a child she was aware of things that others could not see or hear, experiencing the life force around her. But her special ability with horses was something that she would not fully recognize until she was an adult.
