Tony Robbins said it this way: “You see, in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough! You must take action.
The letter of James says it this way: “But be doers of the word and not merely hearers who deceive themselves.” (James 1:22)
They both say the same thing. We may know all the right things to do, but until we actually start doing them, nothing changes.
Our health, our relationships, our finances, many of us know better, but we will stay stuck in the same old rut, singing the same old song, with the same old complaints until we start doing what we know.
A lot of folks really don’t know any better. But if you’ve made it this far into this meditation, I’m pretty sure you do.
Now go live it. We have to do it.
