When we're bombarded with images of what society thinks we should look like, it can be hard to find a balance between staying healthy and body image?

If we look a certain way does that mean we're not healthy? And what does the Bible have to say about health and body image?

To help us answer this question in Hannah Craven, who is an Associate Lecturer in Christian Thought at Ridley College in Melbourne. She is also an ordained Anglican minister, and has studied theology at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

52Q is the podcast that looks for answers to the big and little questions of life. Hosted by Steff Willis and Micah Gibson. Justin Rouillon is the executive producer and sound designer. Additional audio production by Joe Murray.
