Last night, Tessa’s hair started falling out by the handfuls. It was traumatizing at first but then she decided to take control of the situation. December 7, 2022 update on Tessa's fight against Cancer. Narrated by Sully... from Tessa's Mom, Michelle. High fevers were constant and spiked at 104.4 degrees. The doctor told me that since she didn’t have an obvious infection, it was likely disease progression (tumor spread) causing the fevers. She said that her spleen was enlarged and showed legions (again near panic hearing that) but she suspected that these were from a fungal infection.
