In 2017 his life changed forever and almost overnight lost his career in the Police Force, his identity, his marriage, his children, his money and at the depths of his lows he almost lost the will to live. The next 6 months he lived in a friend’s garage and fought like hell to turn it all around. What did he rely on in those dark times to get him through? This podcast will not only reveal the strategies he used to transform and re-invent himself but also talk to experts and inspirational guests from all walks of life who have battled through their own struggles and reveal how they achieved growth on the other side. The host is now a coach and runs his own successful gym with his partner, he still face struggles daily but has harnessed the power of Mental Toughness Training, breath work, cold water immersion and the ancient art of stoic philosophy to cultivate a life he loves.
