Originally from Laurel, Maryland, now based in Los Angeles, CA, Adam Quigley, MS, ATC, CES, PES was a collegiate soccer player at Salisbury University, additionally completing his Masters degree at the University of South Carolina in Sports Medicine. With over 8 years of Athletic Training experience, Adam currently is focused on Performance Wellness in music and entertainment, most recently touring with award-winning Australian band, 5 Seconds of Summer, after working with the dance crew sensation, the Jabbawockeez and supporting the U-20 US Men's National Soccer Team to qualify for the 2023 FIFA U-20 Men's World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympics. Prior to his stint with the MLS’ LA Galaxy as a part of a staff that manages Sports Medicine, Performance, and Rehabilitation, he was the Head Athletic Trainer of San Antonio FC (USL), as well as an Athletic Trainer with the NFL's New Orleans Saints and USC Gamecocks Football. Adam focuses on movement, corrective posture, and contextual management in addition to soft tissue mobilization through therapeutic dry needling, fascial distortion model therapy, and other treatment techniques. He is a huge advocate for giving back and providing opportunities to high-school leaders, as the international Jewish youth group, BBYO, shaped many of his current ideals and relationships. He currently is a member of the BBYO International Wellness and Inclusion Advisory Council.
