So a few weeks ago while we were talking about movies, we brought up American Satan. Its a modern day remake of the Robert Johnson story. Well that led us down the road to talking about musical influencers and knowing where you come from and not getting too full of yourself as an artist. Then Rudy spoke about his disdain for Green Day and how they went soft and owe him 2 hours of his life back after seeing that play. Rudy went solo on this one and got the chance to interview the guys from Prison (the band not some random inmates lol) right before their final set on their tour with Suicide Silence, Upon A Burnng Body and Winds of Plague. They recorded in the upstairs green room so at times it gets a little loud from the opening acts playing downstairs but thats what happens when you are LIVE AT THE VENUE!!! So we got lucky enough to catch a few moments with Upon A Burning Body just moments before their final 2 sets of the Suicide Silence's "The Cleansing" album's 10 year anniversary tour. The San Antonio, Texas based METAL band allowed us to record from their "mobile studio" a.k.a. their equipment trailer just outside of The Glass House in Pomona, California, and it was AWESOME!! We talked about life on the road, grenades by the bed, and crazy tour stories!! Listen up and be ready to laugh with these BAD MOTHER FUCKERS! Ok... LET'S GET IT GOING!!!…
So this year has been a pretty big one for movie goers of all kinds! We've had great releases like Thor: Ragnarok, Justice League, Spiderman: Homecoming, and IT to name just a few, but the year isn't over yet!! This Friday (12/15/17) we have the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Last Jedi coming to theaters EVERYWHERE!!! So you can guess that we have some pretty strong opinions about that and all the other "box office smashes" that came out! Plus hear what Billy has to say about the Johnny Depp and the "Wizarding World of CONTROVERSY" due to him still being cast in the upcoming "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2" or as some people have dubbed it "Fantastic BEATINGS and Who is Getting Them" (not gonna name any names but we'll give you some initials....IT WAS RUDY).
