On this episode of Newsmakers, host Louie Butko was joined by political reporter Wyatt Sharpe from Washington, D.C., where he was covering the inauguration of President Donald Trump.
The two discussed the mood in the U.S. capital this week and the flurry of executive orders issued by Trump, including the blanket pardon handed down for more the 1,500 people accused in the Jan. 6 riots.
Wyatt also talked about being a political reporter at just 15 years old and why he thinks more young people should be aware of what’s going on in politics.
