Manage episode 461244214 series 3470931
Ever felt seduced by the personal growth related words and phrases that someone says to you? Maybe they say how they are emotionally intelligent or that they know how to "hold space" or that they are responsible for their own emotions.
Chances are that you value growth in relationships since you are listening to a podcast about....well, growth in relationships. So, you know the buzz words and your ears will perk up at them when they come out of the mouths of others.
But, are those "good" words backed up with action and follow through? And maybe, you are the one using those sweet, personal development words, which means you get to ask yourself that same question.

So, let's talk about it - how to distinguish when someone's seduction tactics of personal growth are based in a solid foundation or just words floating in the clouds.
