Additionally, Loudermilk points to testimony from General Mark Milley, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and a known critic of Trump, who confirmed under oath that Trump had ordered the National Guard to be ready for deployment in a January 3rd phone call, further exonerating him."
