In this episode, we dive into the concept of masks—both the ones we wear with others and the ones we wear with ourselves—and how they impact our ability to form genuine connections. Inspired by a recent visit to the National Archaeological Museum in Athens and the current Human Design transit through Gate 59, which emphasizes intimacy, we explore the Gene Keys' teachings on dishonesty, intimacy, and transparency. By reflecting on the intimate relationship we have with ourselves, we examine how Human Design and Gene Keys can guide us in unmasking our true selves, fostering deeper self-awareness, transformation, and more authentic connections with others. Through reflective questions tailored to each Human Design type, we offer insights on embracing authenticity and moving beyond superficial layers to live in alignment with our true nature.
