Nic Caputo is the director of an agency for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He shares the life lessons and philosophy that have resulted in a leadership style that positively impacts many, many people. As a self-taught artist, Nic has always challenged himself to do the difficult. That means he does not shy away from problems, whether they are technical or with people.
