Christine Daer is a Certified Life Skills Coach, Angelic Reiki Master and Lightworker, Ageless Grace instructor and proud Mama of two gorgeous boys, Rio and Kai. She is a free-spirit, having spent many years travelling the world, surrounding herself with new people and cultures, as well as self discovery and development practices. She loved her earlier career as an Actress and TV Presenter, as well as working at sea on cruise ships, but now follows her heart working on her spiritual practices, as well as, Power In Aging, the company she founded to support women in midlife through group coaching, community and her online membership program. She is passionate about helping others find ways to live on a higher vibration, and empower themselves to make more intentional and mindful choices.
