I put myself on a 10 Day Weight Loss Challenge, but really it was a "get your shit in check" because you're bloated and tired.
I've been working a lot, blah blah blah, the usual excuses and noticed I wasn't feeling (or looking) that great. My auto immune likes to flare up right before something big is about to happen, like leading my next retreat in California, so I tackled it.
