In this week’s chapters:

Winter and Scarlet are surrounded by Levana’s mutant wolf soldiers when unexpected visitors arrive. As Alpha Strom and the soldier’s debate who has their loyalty, Winter’s body freezes over. When the time comes to make a choice, the soldiers do what they do best: destroy. Their allegiance isn’t something that can be manipulated with pain, but is it something that can be bought with the promise of freedom?

Meanwhile, Levana receives updates about the rebellion and is furious to learn that Winter has not only survived but stolen her soldiers out from underneath her. Aimory offers to take care of Winter himself, but Levana no longer trusts anyone else with Winter’s life. She has plans of her own and she seeks out Dr. Evans as her only accomplice.
