Much of the US is currently sweltering under extreme heat waves - jeopardizing the health and safety of many workers who labor outdoors. Self-Respect may mean speaking up for water breaks and other lifesaving counter-measures to contend with hazardous heat. We also discuss the practice of non-white people being scammed out of our time and energy when we enroll in for-profit colleges, cosmetology school or any number of endeavors that promise career advancement.
