The issue of holistic health is big enough that you can find over 10,000 books on Amazon about the topic. With a Google search, you can find millions of informative articles with enough varied philosophies to make one’s head spin. Our interview today is with Adrien Cotton who didn’t plan on speaking about perimenopause or menopause as she started out working in government, but that changed.
