Susan M. Bearden is the CEO of Bearden Education Technology Consulting, helping school system leaders and edtech service providers effectively leverage technology in K12 education. As a subcontractor for InnovateEDU, she co-authored the 2024 NETP and facilitated the Technical Working Group that informed the 2024 NETP development. A former teacher and K12 technology leader, she approaches technology with an educator mimdset. She previously served as Director of Digital Programs for InnovateEDU, Chief Innovation Officer for CoSN, and as a Senior Fellow in the Office of Educational Technology at the U.S. Department of Education. Dr. Beth Holland is a Partner at The Learning Accelerator (TLA), where she leads the organization's research and measurement initiatives. Prior to joining TLA, she led the Digital Equity and Rural initiatives for the Consortium of School Networking (CoSN) and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Rhode Island. She has also worked as a teacher, administrator, and professional learning developer. Beth earned her doctorate (Ed.D.) from Johns Hopkins University, Master's (Ed.M.) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and bachelors from NorthwesternAbout The Learning Accelerator
