With a master’s in business administration from SCU and accreditations from the AICD, Jackson leads efforts at Q Shelter, Queensland’s primary body for housing and homelessness services. He also serves on the Board of Common Ground Gold Coast, the executive committee of National Shelter, and advises at Collective Leisure, alongside mentoring at the Gold Coast Youth Service.
