It’s been said that “nothing good happens after 9pm”, and I have to say I agree, AT LEAST when it comes to getting in awesome shape.

Why? Cause after 9 it’s often, s#it food, booze, wacky tobbacky, munchies, Can Crunch', order in pizza, frozen burritos, chips and Netflix, Chips Ahoy crisp & chewies, Oreos, you get the idea...
