She talks to us about the reality of living and working in a big city as an entrepreneur, as well as the people and moments that inspired her cooking journey and what specifically drove her towards completely no-waste cooking. We also learn about the Bengali concept of ‘adda’ that she hopes to emulate in the city through her work.
