Dr. Kerstin Oberprieler is Co-founder and CEO of Pentaquest, a company specialized in behavior change and gamification. Her approach reaches far beyond the usual points, badges and leaderboards, and she presents several examples how she has used gamification to encourage sustainable behavior.
