You would have heard the statement "Our people are our biggest asset". To make the statement more precise, I would like to say "The relationships with our people is our biggest asset." Whether in a corporate environment or in personal life, the time & commitment you invest in building relationships, would build an asset which would pay returns for the rest of your life.
The purest form of relationship is the mother-child relationship. It signifies unconditional love and servitude and that's what is needed to build lasting relationships. Relationships are the cornerstone of success and are critical to every sphere of life and the one who needs to take charge of building lasting relationships is 'You'.
