At 30, I'm a wife, mama, business owner, and seeker of wisdom who is drawn to the profound depths of intentional motherhood. I am passionate about changing the narrative of Motherhood culture; bringing mamas together, from all different walks of life, and instead of focusing on one another’s differences, we choose to celebrate and foster the wisdom that each of us brings to the table.

Made up of a combination of both solo and interview-style episodes, the Intentional Mama Podcast will consist of and encourage soul-enriching conversations.
