2025 commences with Prof. David Spicer hosting Dr George Madine and Stephen Peacock to discuss effective communication practices in business. The podcast focuses on the importance of open and honest communication within companies and how senior management can support the implementation of good practice. George and Stephen both draw on years of experience in business and consultancy to explain how training, psychology and the correct methods of communication can impact a business.
