Paths of Glory; or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Shlock is a weekly podcast hosted by Zack Long and Andrea “Danger” Gigeroff. Each episode, they talk about about two films that are related, however tentative that relation may be. Andrea Gigeroff is a science student and movie enthusiast from Halifax, NS. She likes sci-fi novels, horror movies, snakes, and long romantic walks to the liqour store. In addition to Paths of Glory, she sporadically writes horror and science fiction film reviews on her personal blog, and is responsible for TombMates, a webcomic about witches and vampires trying to get by in this crazy world. Some of Andrea’s favourite films include, but are not limited to, Frankenstein (1931), La Strada (1954), Eyes Without a Face (1960), Bladerunner (1982), and The Road Warrior (1981). Zack Long is the sole creator of The Light Is Fading, a filmmaker, an amateur film historian with a focus on horror, and cat owner. When he isn’t working on something film related, you can find him ‘enjoying’ an overabundance of caffeine, or playing roleplaying games with his friends.
