Andy in the Afternoon with Andy Chanley and Christian James Hand airs 3 to 7 daily on The Sound. Sound listeners know Andy as the first DJ heard on the station upon its birth in 2008. A genuine national treasure, he was most recently the pithy co-host of Mark in the Morning with Mark Thompson, formerly of Mark & Brian. Christian performs the popular song “dissections” on the morning show, and is a rolling ball of steak knives. Andy and Christian first met at Y107 in Los Angeles in 1997, and have been bickering like an old married couple ever since.
