Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. He joined Caroline in 1977, touring the country with the Caroline Roadshow for 10 years, having great fun. Barry helped with tender trips and worked on the Ross Revenge in '84 and '85. ...

Get your copy of "Awakening" here! ➨ https://infrasonic.choons.at/rattlesnake After starting their career in 2013, Burak & Emre have been in the front line of Turkey's modern trance scene and are sensationally continuing to make their energetic and melodic music reach to large masses. The effect of the record of Johan Gielen's 2002 Trance Energy performance the duo incidentally found at a very early age still continues to weave its relentless spell on them, that's why the Burak & Emre brothers are able to find the necessary inspiration in their career even after 17 years later. The older one Burak was DJing in his student years at university around 2007 when Emre had already begun to develop himself in production. Having reflected their diverse personal characteristics into their music through their weekly radioshow at Trance FM in 2011 before transforming into Burak & Emre, the brothers attracted a significant amount of attention and managed to create a small but loyal fanbase. Within the following two years, the duo started to direct their taste of music which they would produce towards what they have selected for their gigs and radioshows, and their first release created great repercussions in 2013. Together with Hazem Beltagui's remix, their first single "Tonight" made way for the birth of Burak & Emre. The same year, the brothers launched their own label Ternary Recordings. It was an act that most people didn't have courage to perform at that time compared to today's circumstances. The brothers on one hand discovered the likes of Triart, Onur Ates, Juren Vu, Tolga Uzulmez, Cenk Eroge, illumina and Emre Yildiz via Ternary Recordings which aimed to be an international platform for local artists, on the other gained support from significant figures such as Giuseppe Ottaviani, Solis & Sean Truby with their productions. After they sold Ternary Recordings just before they founded Future Forward, Ternary's discography was consisting of more than 100 releases. Various supports by international DJs and radioshows had the biggest part in this success, with Burak & Emre's leadership. The year 2015 was such a milestone for the duo. After years of endeavour and experience, the foundations of contemporary Burak & Emre's unique style of compositions were laid by their track "Hope". The incomparable speciality of "Hope" that equally externalises emotion and energy brought the brothers monumental supports by Armin van Buuren and Andrew Rayel and the duo's track was played on the world's most popular trance music radioshow A State of Trance. Then, Burak & Emre curated a compilation album called "Ternary Vol. 1" including quality music from talented producers around the world. The album which was prepared with a year of intense work sold 1,000 physical copies to the four corners of the world and was featured on Beatport charts. The duo signed Solis & Sean Truby's label Infrasonic Recordings in 2016 and released the likes of successful tunes such as Exsupero, Devotion, Now You Know Us, Break the Rules and Awakenings. Having shared the same stage with key figures like Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz, Cosmic Gate, Gareth Emery and Aly & Fila under the event concept "Future Momentum" which they have been steering in musical sense, Burak & Emre played again with Ferry Corsten in June 2019. Burak & Emre still have an important role in setting trends in the 6th year of their career by which time they proved their success arising from their continual performances and fans growing day by day hasn't been the result of a coincidence. 2020 will mean both the launch of Emre's fresh solo project and the hotly-anticipated return of Burak & Emre.
