Mitch is joined by Calvert Fitness member , Anthony Greco, who recently reached rarified air, achieving 400 workouts in the program!

  • Anthony shared his reasons for joining the program, including wanting to eliminate bad habits, have more energy, and be a better father. He also mentioned his initial skepticism and the benefits he gained from being in the program.

  • Anthony isn't the typical client, h lost a significant amount of weight during COVID and decided to join Mitch's program for a better life and more energy. He found that the program was easier than expected in terms of gym attendance and measuring food, but struggled with trusting the process at times.

  • Mitch and Anthony discussed the positive changes in Anthony's life since he started focusing on muscle building. Anthony's energy levels improved, he optimized his family time by going to the gym in the morning, and he wanted to set a good example for his son by prioritizing his mental and physical health.
