Dr. Tonya Johnson is Associate Professor at the Bronx Community College, Bronx, NY in the Department of Education and Academic Literacy and has been working since 2009 with families of children with autism spectrum disorder. In this episode we talk about Dr. Johnson's challenges and satisfactions in working with autistic children, what parents and family members can do, the school environment, recommendations, and more.
