Such a fun episode! Had Keira back on the show after almost a year! In that year she has done so many amazing things on the roads! Crushing races and most recently snagging the American Women’s Half Marathon record with a time of 1:06:39! As she prepares to run for Team USA at 2023 World Championships in Budapest she spent some time with me catching up, talking about workouts, running tips, family, balance, answered some questions from her fans on Instagram and just had some all around fun!
