I talk about some ways I always stay tapped in with my kids, making sure it’s always ‘presence over presents.’ 🥈Tough times Separation is rough on everyone but remember to be especially mindful of the transition for your child. I discus some of the personal experiences I’ve had with helping my kids through these times. 🥉Be prepared I touch on being prepared for looking after your kids after the separation, not only financially but also looking after their mental well-being.
