Motherhood is a rollercoaster of emotions. It brings the joy and happiness in mother's life but also brings the challenges and questions along "Am I doing it right?". But I guess there is no perfect way of parenting, no step by step guide to follow. It's more of a journey with love and mistakes. Motherhood is heroism because no one knows how to love unselfishly as a mother.
To all the mothers out there; you are not alone, It is okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes. But in this phase it is equally important to prioritize self-care. Remove some time for yourself to focus on your energy and growth too.
