Even though our main character ABANDONS hard work to hook up with a random man and LOSES the surfing competition but still gets herself on the front cover of surfing magazine! ....!?!?!?? Come along as we meet Anne Marie, a pro hoe who yes, forgets about training for a surf competition because she meets a pro football player who gives her attention. Along with her friends Eden and Lena, they all work towards earning a living and helping to raise Anne Marie's younger sister Penny, a 12 year old who binge drinks on weekdays. Will Anne Marie be able to refocus and get her life back together before the tournament? Did the editor of this movie snort WAYY too much cocaine while working on it!? Released in 2002, it stars Kate Bosworth, Michelle Rodriguez, Matthew Davis, Sanoe Lake, Mika Boorem, and Faizon Love.
