Welcome to episode 42. The benefits of adopting a plant-based diet are promoted all around us these days, so how can we incorporate these changes into our toolkit for a happier life and what difference can they really make? In today’s episode I’m highlighting the many benefits of reducing our intake of meat and animal products – both for our health and the health of our planet, and how we can all make simple changes without adding extra pressure or guilt to our plate.

  • The benefits of a more plant-based diet on our overall health and wellbeing.
  • Also, the benefits to the wider environmental issues we currently face.
  • How virtue-signalling isn’t the aim, but the act of doing good by ourselves and the planet gives us those undeniable feel-good vibes.
  • How taking small steps and making small changes can take away the overwhelm and have a bigger long-term impact.
