In the spiritual world of Goloka, He is simply giving pleasure to his devotees. It is just madhurya dham, the sweetest love. Krishna’s greatest power is his beauty - the name Krishna means all attractive, supremely attractive. In Vrindavan, there’s a very famous story on bank of Yamuna – Kama Dev, Cupid - this powerful energy personified, who keeps everyone in the entire cosmic manifestation illusioned by attractive desires and he personifies with his arrows, when it goes into your heart bewilders you. Madana is one who bewilders; one who keeps people in illusion. So, he came to Vrindavan on the bank of Yamuna and took his most powerful, most effective of all arrows to shoot at Krishna to see what he could do. And when he aimed it at Krishna, saw Krishna's beauty and Kamadev really knows what beauty is. When he looked at Krishna, he was so attracted to Krishna, he fell unconscious, in ecstasy. Therefore, Krsna is Madanmohan; Madana- bewilders everyone, but Krishna bewilders Madana and everyone else. Srila Rupa Goswami, he offers a simple warning in his prayer that ‘if you are attached to all these material things that everyone is attached to, don’t go to Keshi Ghat on bank of Yamuna, because there Govinda is standing playing his flute in the moonlight and when you become attracted to his beauty -param dristva nivartate….And how could we be attached to anything else?’ That is Krsna.
