In this episode we chat with Louise Aston, Wellbeing Campaign Director at Business in the Community (BITC). Louise is a co-author of the BITC paper "What if your job was good for you?" and takes us through the important elements of the report during this episode. We chat about the statistics cited in the report and the practical implications of these. Louise describes the BITC Workwell model, and in particular what the "better work" element of the model looks like in practice making reference to a case study from the report.
