In this episode we chat with Dr Kirsten Way, Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland, author of the OHS Body of Knowledge chapter on Psychosocial Hazards, and contributor to the Australian Institute of Health & Safety Position Paper on Psychological Health and Safety at Work. Kirsten gives us a comprehensive overview of the AIHS position paper, the drivers for its development, and the goals that the paper hopes to achieve. She then discusses the relationship between the position paper and the BOK chapter.
