The Biden administration's plan to alleviate federal student loan debt has the potential to reduce the debt of approximately 43 million Americans, and almost half of those borrowers will have their debt forgiven completely. Hillman is also a faculty affiliate at IRP and at the La Follette School of Public Affairs.
