Understanding how the brain operates is so important for understanding mental health. With this understanding presented in this episode, you will then be able to practically apply the tools shared in this episode to help you to benefit your mental health in the most optimal way. Simply applying tools without understanding why can lead to a lack of effectiveness and an improper application of the tools altogether.
We discuss neurotransmitters, hormones, and regions in the brain that all correspond with poor mental health. We also discuss natural processes that would normally be called "biohacking", but is really a process that is already a part of the brain, we're just accessing it through a natural process.
