Good evening! Have you heard of misophonia before? Do you know if someone in your life lives with misophonia? What are ways that you or your loved ones have coped with misophonia?

I am not a licensed Counselor. I decided to pursue this podcast because of the recent events that I saw taking place around the world. I grew up extremely poor and I believe that a lot of the setbacks that I and my family have had in life have unfortunately been because of my parents coming from Mexico. Every episode in my podcast is meant to shed light on an issue that I believe to be an injustice that I or others have faced. Everything said in this podcast is my opinion alone and it is not my intention to speak on behalf of others. I wish to invoke thought provoking conversations that will lead to change worldwide. When possible, I would like to bring on guest speakers for special interviews on certain topics. These guests speakers may be listeners of the podcast who will be sharing their individual experiences as the experts of their own lives. I do not mean to be inclusive or exclusive of any particular group or person, and for anybody listening in, I hope you’re over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult as you listen in because the topics addressed in this podcast will be heavy. So much so that I feel the need to include this trigger warning for anyone that’s experienced similar trauma and needs expert help, please reach out to your local care providers or first responders as they will be the ones who may provide the quickest assistance.
