Jason Graves joins us today to discuss his strategy of repositioning from appreciated condos in California to cash flowing apartments in Kansas City. Jason is a busy professional working in technology sales. He bought a few condos in California around the time of the Great Recession - as you probably know, values are way, way up! So he's decided to get a better return on equity by selling those and buying cash flow in a better market.
