In coaching, it is imperative that we Walk the Walk as leaders and mentors to our people. Sadly. this isn't always the case.
Our clients deserve and want Authenticity in yheir leaders, and to see the results of their own teachings carved out in the lives of those who are coaching them.
As coaches, we must Lead by Example. Here are my thoughts on what it means to be an excellent coach for our people, and why it matters.
